Simply add your chosen product to the cart, then click “Upload Photo” on the product page. You can also send your images later to smilingcanvasshop@gmail.com along with your order number if you prefer.

Our current turnaround time for digital portraits is 5–8 business days, depending on how busy our studio is.
For framed or printed versions, please allow up to 12 additional days for printing and delivery — especially during festive seasons. -
Yes, absolutely! You can send multiple photos if different family members or pets aren’t in the same picture.
Our artists will carefully merge them into one cohesive illustration — as long as the lighting and angles are similar. Please note that we can’t change poses (for example, sitting to standing). -
Because every piece is hand-drawn from scratch, we don’t send partial previews before completion.
However, once your illustration is ready, you can review it and request minor edits — we’ll happily make sure you’re completely satisfied before final delivery. -
Of course! We adore pets. Please upload a clear photo of your furry (or feathered!) friend, and we’ll lovingly include them as part of your custom piece.

If you’ve selected a Digital File, you’ll receive a high-resolution JPEG or PNG download link once your order is complete.
You can easily print it yourself in A3, A4, or A2 sizes — or request a custom dimension when placing your order. -
Smiling Canvas isn’t responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply once your package reaches your country. Please check with your local postal authority if you’re unsure about import charges.
